restarting my fit journey. :)
I’m gonna be joining cross country at school. which means, shopping for activewear. I have not been practicing for it, so when it starts at school, I will be so overwhelmed. I can tell, that my unpreparedness is gonna make me suffer.
Then, can’t wait for spring season, because I love badminton. The only sport I am good at. ahh, oh how i love badminton. Can not wait. Just can not wait.
Well, since I’m not taking a PE class in school, I’ve decided to pick up cross country. I really do miss taking swimming at school though. Swimming kills so much calories though.
um so apparently, i’ve been buying the wrong size pants. I actually fit a size smaller. I recently discovered it, and I was so excited. I mean, I guess back then, I really did fit those jeans, but they’re kind of loose on me now. I tried on the smaller size and they fit so well. So, I guess there really has been a change.
ack, sorry, i haven’t been on here for a super long time, because i stopped blogging about weight loss.
so basically, when i got this blog, i recorded my “weight loss” for like one month. Then, I kind gradually stopped caring about weight loss. Then I joined some school teams, and stopped blogging on this blog completely. Yes, I am more fit, but yes, I weigh more. Because actually, I gained muscle and lost some weight. So, I’m more keen on getting fit now than I am on losing weight, because of how, to me, it feels kind of like I just want to be small and skinny rather than healthy and happy.

- Badminton Conditioning 1 hour.
- I can tell I’m gonna be sore tomorrow from badminton.
